DAR ES SALAAM, Feb. 2 -- TANZANIA is all set for the Africa Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization Conference, which will take place in Dar es Salaam from February 3 to 6, 2026. The conference will coincide with the launch of the National Agricultural Mechanization Strategy, Phase Two.

Speaking to journalists today in Dar es Salaam, the Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioner, Albert Chalamila, said the conference is being organized jointly by Tanzanias Ministry of Agriculture and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
