Dar es Salaam, March 2 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE government has confirmed that construction of a state-of-the-art 15,000-capacity arena in Kawe, Dar es Salaam, is in its final stages.

Once completed, the multi-purpose facility is expected to revolutionise the countrys entertainment and sports landscape, providing a world-class venue for major events.

Government Spokesperson, Gerson Msigwa addressed concerns about the projects progress in Dar es Salaam yesterday, assuring artists and the public that the long-awaited arena is near completion.
