Dar es Salaam, Feb. 24 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE government has praised CRDB Bank for sponsoring the 33rd International Quran Recitation Competition held in Dar es Salaam.

The Prime Minister, Mr Kassim Majaliwa, who represented President Samia Suluhu Hassan, currently on a work visit to Tanga Region delivered the praise yesterday at the climax of the event.

“These competitions inspire the recitation of the Holy Quran, provide opportunities to foster good morals, unity, love and solidarity and promote Tanzania internationally.

“Through these competitions, we strengthen diplomacy and business, including the tourism sector,” said Prime Minister Majaliwa when praised CRDB sponsorship through its Al Barakah window. President S...
