Dar es Salaam, April 1 -- The Commonwealth established the Commonwealth Julius Nyerere International Scholarship Programme, thanks to the governments engagement with the associations leadership on the initiative.
According to the announcements made by the Commonwealth Secretary General Patricia Scotland on Friday in London, the scholarship programme targets high achieving post- graduate commonwealth Students from Africa and Caribbean.
The beneficiaries of the programme will pursue studies (Masters level) in their home countries.
