DODOMA, Nov. 5 -- THE Chairperson of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) and President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, has chaired a special meeting of the Central Committee of the CCM National Executive Council held today, November 5, 2025, in Dodoma.

During the meeting, Dr. Samia made appointments to the positions of Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the United Republic of Tanzania, as well as to the positions of Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Zanzibar House of Representatives.
