DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 31 -- CHAMA Cha Kijamii (CCK) presidential flagbearer and Chairman, David Mwaijojele, yesterday launched his partys campaign with a pledge to ensure Tanzanians access affordable loans and benefit from wide-ranging reforms if elected in the forthcoming polls.

Mr Mwaijojele promised to establish favourable loan systems with low interest rates to shield citizens from predatory lending and exploitative financial practices.

He also vowed to protect the rights of elderly citizens who have served the nation, pledging government support for their retirement, including the construction of houses for them.
