DAR ES SALAAM, Jan. 23 -- CAF envoys Young Africans, Simba for Champions League and Azam and Singida Black Stars for Confederation Cup are once again carrying Tanzanias flag on Africas biggest club stages. Their continued presence at this level is not accidental.

It reflects steady progress, growing ambition and improved standards within Tanzanian football. However, pride must be balanced with realism.
