DAR ES SALAAM, Dec. 11 -- AS Tanzania consolidates its position as an attractive African destination of foreign investment inflows, the government is drafting a law to be known as the Business Facilitation Act that seeks to address investment and business challenges.

This was revealed by Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office (Investment) Angela Kairuki when she addressed a consultative meeting which ended yesterday.

She commended Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (Brela) for championing online reforms in registering businesses and companies, saying the government was happy with those reforms.
