Dar es Salaam, Jan. 31 -- GEITA: DEPUTY Prime Minister and Minister for Energy, Dr Doto Biteko yesterday led thousands of mourners in bidding farewell to seven students of Businda Secondary School in Bukombe District who tragically lost their lives due to a lightning strike on January 27 this year.

Dr Biteko who is also Member of Parliament for Bukombe, extended his condolences to the grieving families, urging them to remain patient during this difficult time.

He offered condolences to the parents, guardians, and relatives of the children, as well as the students of Businda, for the loss of their loved ones, and to the Businda Secondary community for their efforts and provision of assistance during the incident.
