IRINGA, June 2 -- BARRICK Gold has called on university students to go beyond the classroom and embrace innovation, practical skills and collaboration to thrive in the modern job market.
Barricks Training and Development Manager Mr Elly Shimbi said that graduates must be proactive in seeking opportunities, particularly in fast-evolving sectors like mining, where talent and adaptability are increasingly in demand.
