Dar es Salaam, Feb. 14 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) has reaffirmed its commitment to gender equality by increasing womens participation in leadership and decision-making roles.
Through its flagship initiative, the Female Future Programme (FFP), ATE aims to strengthen womens representation in management and support their progression into leadership positions in both private and public sectors.
Since its launch a decade ago, the programme has empowered approximately 462 women, equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel in leadership.
ATEs CEO, Suzanne Ndomba-Doran, emphasised the importance of preparing women for top management roles as the programme marks its 10th anniversary.
