Dar es Salaam, Feb. 8 -- DODOMA: VARIOUS African countries have started visiting Tanzania to learn how the country has successfully implemented the lucrative National Physical Addressing (NaPA) system.
Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Mr Jerry Silaa, revealed this in Dodoma on Thursday during the launch of Postcodes Commemoration Week.
He stated that several countries had struggled to implement the system in accordance with regional and global agreements.
