Dar es Salaam, April 3 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE President of the Tanzania Federation of Fine Arts (TAFCA), Adrian Nyangamalle, has resigned from his position.

The announcement was made by the National Arts Council (BASATA) through its official social media accounts.

According to reports, BASATAs Executive Secretary, Dr. Kedmon Mapana, has officially received Nyangamalles resignation letter.

In his statement, Nyangamalle explained that his decision was made in the broader interest of the industry and the arts sector as a whole.

He assured that he would continue contributing to the arts as an artist and an experienced stakeholder.
