DAR ES SALAAM, Feb. 10 -- Minister for Home Affairs, Patrobas Katambi, has urged citizens to register in the National Identification Authority (NIDA) system in order to fully benefit from various services provided through systems linked to the authority.

Katambi made the call during his first official visit to NIDA offices since assuming the position, saying that NIDA registration is a crucial tool that enables citizens to be easily identified and to access services promptly from both public and private institutions.
