Sri Lanka, May 10 -- Youngmen Sports Club of Akkaraipattu beat Aqni Sports Club, Panankadu in the Alayadivembu DS division in the final to emerge champions of the 'Power Champion Trophy-2024' limited 10 overs cricket tournament conducted by Power Sports Club, Akkaraipattu at the Tharmasangari Public Play Grounds, Alayadivembu recently.

Prominent cricket teams in the area played at the tournament organized by Power Sports Club, Akkaraipattu under the theme 'Without Different'.

Youngmen SC, Akkaraipattu beat Aqni SC, Alayadivembu in the final. Alayadivembu Aqni Sports Club batting first scored 94 runs in their allocated 10 overs. Akkaraipattu Youngmen SC team in reply reached the target and won the match by 7 wickets.
