Sri Lanka, Dec. 2 -- A team of 826 volunteers from Matara arrived in Badulla yesterday (December 1) to assist in rebuilding communities affected by Cyclone Ditwah.

According to the Badulla District Secretariat, the group demonstrated solidarity with affected residents by bringing not only their labor but also essential machinery and tools for reconstruction, including:

The relief team comprised members of the Red Star Organization, volunteer groups, social activists, and media personnel, all working together to restore the impacted areas.
