Srilanka, Nov. 5 -- A visiting delegation from Australia's Defence and Strategic Studies Course (DSSC), equivalent to Sri Lanka's National Defence College (NDC), was in Sri Lanka last week. As the highest seat of learning in defence studies, the programme provided an invaluable platform for strategic engagement, mutual understanding, and the exchange of professional insights. During their visit, the delegation met with the Defence Secretary, Tri-Forces Commanders, and other key military stakeholders, gaining first-hand exposure to regional strategic dynamics. Defence Attache of the Australian High Commission in Sri Lanka, Colonel Amanda Johnston was also present.
