The funding will support relief and early recovery efforts in several hard-hit districts including Ampara, Badulla, Gampaha, Kegalle, Puttalam, Ratnapura, and estate communities in the Central Province.
Assistance includes emergency food, hygiene kits, clean drinking water, nutrition support for mothers and children, flood-mitigation materials, and livelihood recovery initiatives.
