Sri Lanka, Sept. 12 -- The Under-23 Inter Club Two-Day Cricket Tournament quarterfinals start today and continue tomorrow, September 12-13. After the group stage, the top two teams from each of the four groups advanced to the quarterfinals.
Group A leaders Nugegoda SC will face Group D runners-up SSC at the P. Sara Oval. The key attraction will be Nugegoda SC's opener Pulindu Perera, who scored a double century in their last game. The former National Under-19 opener is the tournament's leading run-scorer with 709 runs in six matches.
