Sri Lanka, Sept. 12 -- The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) has filed indictments against Ramith Rambukwella, son of former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, before the Colombo High Court.

Ramith Rambukwella has been charged with failing to disclose how he acquired assets valued at over Rs. 270 million.

It is further revealed that he had also served as the private secretary to his father, former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, at the time.

The case has been filed under the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Act, with CIABOC pursuing legal action over the alleged unlawful accumulation of wealth.
