Sri Lanka, Sept. 8 -- Two private bus drivers were arrested by the Hatton Police Traffic Division yesterday for reckless driving and racing with each other from Kandy to Hatton the previous night.

A motorcyclist travelling behind the two buses recorded the reckless driving on his mobile phone and submitted the video as a complaint to the Hatton Divisional Superintendent of Police Pradeep Weerasekara.

The two buses had left the Kandy bus stand at different times. They met in the Ginigathena area, and their drivers then began to race with each other all the way to the Hatton bus stand.
