Sri Lanka, April 25 -- Mahiyanganaya Police reported that 28 individuals were injured in a bus accident at the Mahiyanganaya-Tissapura PTS junction this morning (25).

The bus was transporting schoolchildren at the time of the incident.

Among the injured are 10 school students.

All those injured have been admitted to the Mahiyanganaya Base Hospital for treatment.
