Sri Lanka, Jan. 16 -- With Democrat Joe Biden due to be sworn in as the next President of the US on Wednesday (20) next week, and in the aftermath of last week's unprecedented breach of the U.S. Capitol by a mob of President Trump's ardent supporters, the US House of Representatives, has voted to impeach President Donald Trump for "incitement of insurrection". Ten Republican members crossed the aisle and voted for the Democrats' impeachment move.

This makes Trump the only US president in history to have been impeached twice.
