This initiative aims to provide relief to passengers who have purchased train season tickets but have faced difficulties due to disruptions in the train boarding process.

The Chairman noted that this arrangement has been implemented following a decision by the Ministry of Transport, ensuring passengers can continue their journeys smoothly.
