Sri Lanka, Aug. 27 -- A tragic accident took place this morning (27) in the Pallapitiya area of Kuliyapitiya when a school van collided with a lorry.

According to police, three people, including two schoolchildren, lost their lives in the crash.

Investigations are currently underway to determine the cause of the accident.
