Sri Lanka, Jan. 16 -- Three additional suspects have been arrested for aiding and abetting the attack on a 16-year-old girl in a shooting incident that occurred on the night of December 30 in the Bodhiyatta area of Kohuwala. The crime was carried out by two unidentified men on a motorcycle outside a residence.

Investigations were led by the Kohuwala Police in coordination with the Moratuwa Police Special Task Force. The latest arrests took place in the Dematagoda and Wellampitiya Police Divisions, and the suspects, aged 27, 32, and 35, were presented to the Kohuwala Police Station.
