Srilanka, April 1 -- President Anura Kumara Dissanayake yesterday said 30,000 young individuals will be recruited to fill vacancies in the public service, with the necessary funds already allocated.
Speaking at a public meeting in Buttala, ahead of the Local Government Elections, the President emphasised the Government's dedication to creating employment opportunities for the youth.
"After four to five years, our Government has made the decision to recruit 30,000 young people with talent and ability.
