Srilanka, April 18 -- Sri Lanka's top-ranking shuttlers are expected to take part in the Summer Season All-Island Open Badminton Championships, which will be held at the Municipal Council Indoor Stadium in Nuwara Eliya from April 21 to 27.

The Central Province Badminton Association (CPBA), together with Sri Lanka Badminton (SLB), will once again make arrangements to showcase young badminton talent in this seven-day tournament, said CPBA Secretary Chamara Aluthge, who is also the Vice President of SLB. He further added that this National Ranking Level 1 competition, sanctioned by Sri Lanka Badminton (SLB), is one of the key sporting attractions of Nuwara Eliya during April every year.
