Srilanka, May 8 -- Due to the increasing tensions between India and Pakistan, SriLankan Airlines has announced the suspension of all flights to Lahore, Pakistan, effective immediately.

In a statement, the national carrier clarified that while flights to Lahore will be halted until further notice, its operations to Karachi will continue as planned.

This decision comes amid growing instability in the region, which has led to disruptions in several international air routes.

Passengers who had booked flights to Lahore are encouraged to reach out to SriLankan Airlines for support with rescheduling or obtaining refunds.
