Sri Lanka, Oct. 10 -- Chameera Ginige and Bimandee Bandara will lead the Sri Lanka men's and women's teams at the 28th ITTF-ATTU Asian Table Tennis Team Championship, scheduled to be held in Bhubaneswar, India, from October 11 to 15. The eight-member Sri Lanka team departs today (October 10) for the tournament, which also serves as a qualification event for the 2026 World Team Table Tennis Championship in London (April-May).
Two-time national champion Chameera Ginige, an experienced paddler, will once again captain the men's team after previously leading Sri Lanka at the Asian Championship in Kazakhstan.
