During a recent discussion at the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (10), he highlighted the importance of enhancing transparency and efficiency in registration, recruitment, and aptitude tests.

A new digital selection system is expected to replace outdated processes, ensuring fairness and minimizing delays for job seekers. The Deputy Minister stressed that the success of this transformation depends on the commitment of all stakeholders to build public trust in the system.
