Women and Child Affairs Minister Saroja Savitri Paulraj, addressing the forum, said the "Rebuilding Sri Lanka" programme focuses on restoring livelihoods and family stability, while the newly introduced "Healing Sri Lanka" initiative addresses the psychosocial needs of caregivers and children.
