Sri Lanka, Jan. 23 -- Sri Lanka's Annaya Norbert and Sahansa Damsiluni put on an outstanding effort to secure a thrilling victory in the girls' doubles final at the ITF Asia 14&U Development Championships week 2 held at the Sri Lanka Tennis Association courts in Colombo yesterday.

The energetic Sri Lankan pair went up against Paglauna Ella and Torrecampo Maristela from the Philippines. Despite losing the first set 2-6, Norbert and Damsiluni staged a strong comeback in the second set, securing it 6-4. The match advanced to a super tie-break, where the Sri Lankans showcased remarkable resilience, clinching victory 10-5. This triumph marked Norbert and Damsiluni's second consecutive doubles final win in as many weeks.
