Srilanka, Feb. 26 -- Sri Lanka's first Shell-branded fuel station has officially opened at B.S. Cooray Filling Station, Ambathale. This marks the beginning of a nationwide expansion following a retail brand license agreement between Shell Brands International AG and RM Parks (Private) Limited, signed in March 2024.

RM Parks (Private) Limited, a partnership between Tristar Group and RM Parks Inc., has been awarded a 20-year contract by the Sri Lankan Ministry of Petroleum and Energy to operate and rebrand a network of 150 fuel stations across the country.
