Sri Lanka, Dec. 10 -- Foreign Affairs Minister Vijitha Herath announced that Sri Lanka has received a donation of USD 300,000 from Mr. Aslam Perwaiz, Executive Director of the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC). The contribution has been provided through ADPC's funding sources to support relief and recovery efforts following the severe weather conditions caused by Cyclone Ditwah.

Minister Herath conveyed the Government of Sri Lanka's appreciation to ADPC for its continued support, including its close coordination with the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) and the provision of technical and operational assistance whenever required.
