Sri Lanka, Sept. 16 -- Opener Pathum Nissanka made superb 44 ball 68 as Sri Lanka made 4 wickets win with 7 balls to spare against Hong Kong in their Asia Cup group B game at Dubai International Cricket Stadium yesterday.

In fact consecutive half centuries in the tournament from Nissanka paved the way to get back to back wins for Sri Lanka and they have chance to enter super four round with Afghanistan third game to spare.

Sri Lanka chasing a target of 150 were 119 for 2 wickets after 15 overs but Nissanka who hit his 17th T-20 fifty was unfortunately run out in the 16th over making 44 ball 68 with 6 fours and 2 sixes. He also assosiated 57 runs third wicket stand with Kusal Janith Perera who scored 20.
