Sri Lanka, Nov. 12 -- Sri Lanka Customs has surpassed its annual revenue target for 2025 well before the year's end.

In a statement, the department announced that it had already exceeded the government-assigned target of Rs. 2,115 billion, achieving a total revenue collection of Rs. 2,117.2 billion as of November 11.

Officials described the milestone as a significant achievement, reflecting improved efficiency, strong import activity, and enhanced enforcement measures implemented throughout the year.
