Sri Lanka, March 10 -- Sri Gaura Purnima festival will be celebrated at the Kotahena Sri Radha Krishna Temple on Thursday (13) Full Moon Day.
This is an auspicious ceremony that celebrates the birth of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (1486-1534), who is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, according to the Vedic Literatures like Brihad-Naradiya-Puranam", which says this present Kaliyuga is full of miseries and, to get rid of this, there is no any other way than chanting the holy name of God.
Therefore, we all will chant "Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama Rama Hare Hare" and be happy.
