Sri Lanka, April 4 -- The Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) has announced that special transport services will be provided from April 18 for devotees traveling to Kandy to visit the Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Tooth).

These services will run until April 28.

Special SLTB bus services will operate from all major cities across the island to Kandy.

Additionally, a circular bus service will be launched from four locations in Kandy to transport visitors arriving by private vehicles to the temple during this period.

The Dalada Maligawa ceremonies will begin at 3:30 pm on April 18, concluding at 5:30 pm.

From April 19 to 28, the ceremonies will take place daily from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
