Srilanka, March 27 -- The Sri Lankan Embassy in South Korea has confirmed that no Sri Lankans have been affected by the ongoing forest fires in the country.

In an official statement, the embassy urged Sri Lankans residing in South Korea to avoid areas where the fires are spreading and to exercise caution.

Additionally, Sri Lankans in South Korea have been advised to contact the embassy in case of any emergencies using the following telephone numbers:
