Srilanka, Feb. 24 -- The Committee on Ways Means of Parliament drew attention to the potential of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to export more products through the South Asian Free Trade Agreement (SAFTA).

This was discussed during the meeting of the Committee on Ways and Means held in Parliament under the chairmanship of Finance and Planning Deputy Minister Dr. Harshana Suriyapperuma recently.

Discussions were held on promoting the export of products by small and medium-sized businesses through agreements such as the South Asian Free Trade Agreement.
