Srilanka, March 18 -- The Academic Literacy for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (ACALISTEM) programme, designed to bridge the linguistic gap that hinders Sri Lankan Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) students, is the most ambitious premier academic literacy initiative in Sri Lanka. It held its introductory workshop last Saturday (15) at Moratuwa University.
Organised by the Department of Languages at Moratuwa University, the workshop drew enthusiastic participation from aspiring STEM undergraduates across the country.
