Sri Lanka, Oct. 4 -- Mission here for Fifth EFF Review
The International Monetary Fund yesterday said that Sri Lanka's comprehensive reform programme has continued to achieve impressive progress, improving foreign reserves.
IMF's Communication Director Julie Kozack said that the Programme's overall performance is generally very strong and Sri Lanka's Government remains committed to the IMF programme's objectives. Speaking at the weekly press briefing, the IMF Communication Director said Sri Lanka is on the path of steady progress with inflation remaining low and revenue collection from the Government side improving.
