Srilanka, June 25 -- The Sri Lanka Broadcasters Symposium 2025 was held in Colombo today (25), bringing together heads of several leading media institutions.The event marked the 100th anniversary of the introduction of electronic media in Sri Lanka and was jointly organized by the Sri Lanka Electronic Broadcasters Association, the Ministry of Health and Mass Media, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Held at a private hotel in Colombo, the symposium featured insightful discussions on the evolution and future of electronic broadcasting in the country.
