Srilanka, Feb. 27 -- Sri Lanka's Ambassador to Poland Priyangika Dharmasena met Polish Investment and Trade Agency President Andrzej Dycha to promote Polish investment and trade relations with Sri Lanka recently. Potential areas of investment from Poland to Sri Lanka including renewable energy, IT, agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, tourism and hospitality were discussed.

The Envoy pointed out Poland's overseas investments in the renewable energy sector and urged such investments in Sri Lanka, a land rich in natural resources, including solar and wind power, with opportunities readily available for foreign investors.
