Sri Lanka, Aug. 29 -- The book Herding Frantic Cats written by former Secretary to the Prime Minister and diplomat Sirisena Amarasekara, widely known as 'S. Amarasekara', which analyses the economy, society, politics and public administration of Sri Lanka, was launched at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute (SLFI) recently amidst an academic forum.

Former Presidents Mahinda Rajapaksa and Maithripala Sirisena, Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath, former MPs, former Secretaries to the President, Secretaries, and many public servants and representatives of the private sector also participated in the event.
