Sri Lanka, Dec. 2 -- Anyone who is willing to help Sri Lanka at this difficult moment, may send such assistance consigned to "Secretary, Ministry of Defense, Disaster Management Center (DMC), Vidya Mawatha, Colombo 07". Any assistance received by foreign missions in Sri Lanka to the Mission from their respective governments may also be cleared from Customs free from all duties and levies. However, clearance of such cargo shall be handled by the respective missions.
