Sri Lanka, March 15 -- Servants of the Buddha will hold their Second Annual Oration today (15) at 4 pm in Maitriya Hall Bambalapitiya on Dhammic Diplomacy for a Sustainable World.
The speaker Don de Silva, a former Director of the United Nations Environment Programme draws from the wisdom of the Buddha, as he highlights concepts such as the interconnectedness of all life, and warnings of environmental and social degradation when ethical governance fails.
This oration emphasises how Buddhist Principles align with modern Sustainability Goals.
