Sri Lanka, Oct. 7 -- The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has announced that holders of all visa categories are now permitted to perform Umrah while in the Kingdom.

The ministry stated that this decision aims to simplify Umrah procedures and expand access to services in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. Eligible visa types include personal, family visit, electronic tourist, transit, and work visas, among others.

This move reflects the Kingdom's commitment to facilitating the arrival of Muslims from around the world, allowing them to perform their religious duties with greater ease and comfort.
