Sri Lanka, March 24 -- To finalise agreements reached in Delhi Modi's fourth visit to Sri lanka since 2014 With the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Sri Lanka on April 5, work on the Sampur power plant is set to commence, President Anura Kumara Dissanayake said.

He made these remarks on Friday during the parliamentary debate on the third reading of the budget. This will be PM Modi's fourth visit to Sri Lanka since 2015.
